Members of Aqualia’s Engineering department visited the INTEXT platform in Talavera de la Reina to learn first-hand how its technologies work. During their tour, Aqualia technicians and engineers closely examined our nature-based treatment systems. A Portuguese delegation made up of municipal representatives from Fundão visited the INTEXT platform. They showed great interest in the systems that are being studied on the INTEXT platform for the treatment of wastewater in small towns. The meeting served to strengthen the determination to lead the way towards more sustainable practices internationally

The European monitor assigned to the INTEXT project, Itxaso Mora, has made her fourth visit to the Talavera de la Reina Plant, which was received by some of the project partners: Aarhus Univesity, AUTARCON, Projar and Aqualia. This meeting also served to carry out a technical review of the progress of the project and the status of its actions.

The MARE Agency of Cantabria visits the Talavera de la Reina plant

The Environment, Water, Waste and Energy Agency (MARE) of the Regional Government of Cantabria visited the INTEXT plant in Talavera de la Reina. The visit had two parts, the first in which a reception event took place followed by the presentation of the problem of wastewater treatment in small towns that the INTEXT project addresses. This was followed by a field visit to the INTEXT plant.
